UPDATE! FWF Stand Alone Projects and International programmes

As of 20 March 2023, the submission of applications for Stand alone Projects will be changed from ad personam funding (§26 UG) to funding via the research institution (PROFI,  §27 UG). For  Stand alone Projects that are still to be submitted under the current conditions (ad personam, §26), the submission process in elane must be completed by 19 March at the latest.

This means that from 20 March 2023, submissions of Stand alone Projects under ad personam will only be possible for the following calls until the end of the respective submission deadline:

netidee SCIENCE until 10 April 2023

Projects of the Herzfelder Foundation until 17.04.2023

Replacement methods for animal experiments until 15.05.2023

Gottfried and Vera Weiss Prize until 31.05.2023

International programmes until 31.05.2023

The changeover of international projects will take place at a later date.

KLIF programme will be switched to PROFI on 1.7.2023; PEEK, Richter will follow in October.

Before submitting the application to the FWF, internal clearance must be obtained via ePM.

Then, project leaders can submit new and supplementary applications for stand alone projects directly to the FWF in PROFI mode; central approval in leane by FoS Pre-ward Support is no longer required.
