The Courses that our working group offers or takes part in, relate closely with our main research emphases—namely the role of organic in societal change and the development of organic food farming systems. Moreover, our courses share our general approaches and methods used in research—i.e., systems perspectives, transdisciplinarity and ethical or philosophical reflections.
