Working Group Transdisciplinary System Research
Imri Demelezi is doing his PhD and is part of Working Group Trans disciplinary Systems Research.
Imri obtained a Master II Level for Sustainable Development of Agricultural and Rural Areas of the Adriatic-Ionian Basin (Valorisation of Typical Agro-food products) at University of Bologna (Italy). In addition, he got a postgraduate specialization Diploma, in Mediterranean Organic Agriculture at The International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), at IAM-Bari (Italy). He holds a bachelor degree on Agro economics (BSc), obtained at University of Prishtina (Kosovo). Moreover, Imri’s bachelor and master theses related to Organic Farming.
Imri has been engaged at Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary at Univeristy of Prishtina as teaching assistant, and assisting in other research work.
Imri’s research interest includes from “slurry/soil” to Brussels (policy and politics), and “body” wisdom is targeted. His research foci are organisations and farmers aiming to further organic farming, particularly in Kosovo.
Imri’s favourite topics are: Holistic of organic and specifically to Agro ecology, Sustainability of Agricultural Systems, transdisciplinarity, and small farms’ economics and policies.
Imri is a member of ISOFAR (International Society of Organic Agriculture Research).
