I decided to study at BOKU because of my interest in agriculture and especially in animal husbandry. Since then I have gained much knowledge through my Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences. Currently I am in the Master's programme in Livestock Science.
As a student assistant at the Institute of Livestock Science, I can now also further my education in various aspects of research and teaching and have the opportunity to apply my knowledge in practice and work directly with animals. My responsibilities mainly consist of assisting in the collection and evaluation of data, farm visits and the preparation of teaching.
