BOKU-Students among winning teams of ELLS CSC 2018

Six out of the ten winners of the Case Study Competition “Transition Towns“ of the Euroleague for Life Sciences are BOKU students!

This year´s Case Study Competition der Euroleague for Life Sciences (ELLS) titled Transition Towns - Urban Food Production and Rapid Urban Development was organised by BOKU (Division of Organic Farming) – in cooperation with the University of Hohenheim and the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

20 students from all ELLS-Universities had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice within a case study and so to develop – in international teams - innovative scenarios for the given case.

During the Scientific Student Conference of the ELLS in Wageningen the teams presented the results of their development processes and the audience had the chance to vote for the best team.

We sincerely congratulate the six BOKU students (four of them from the international Master  EUR-Organic) on their excellent performance and on winning first and second place.
