Graduation from individual study programmes

Generally the procedure for students of individual study programmes is comparable to the Bachelor's degree graduation and the Master's degree graduation.

Once all study requirements have been met, the student may, after the Registration Office has verified that all statutory conditions for graduation have been met, register for the Master's examination or defensio, or apply for the graduation documents to be issued without an examination/defensio involving an examination committee.

The assessment by the Registration Office should take place one semester prior to conclusion of the individual Bachelor's or Master's programme, so that any deficiencies can be remedied in a timely fashion. For this, the final notification of the individual study programme is required.
