BOKU visits Constitutional Court of Austria (VfGH)

Department trip

This year’s department trip on September 17, 2019 included a visit to the Austrian Constitutional Court (VfGH) in Vienna. Constitutional judge and law professor Georg Lienbacher provided insight into the court building at Freyung and answered a vast array of questions from Department staff.

Mr Shepherd

Mr Shepherd has been operating at the Institute of Law for more than a year now. At BOKU, he is mostly concerned with diverse meditation practices as well as midday patrol duties in surrounding parks. Moreover, he can be infectiously good-humoured, thus contributing to the good vibrations at work.

Claudia Fuchs

Mag. Dr. Claudia Fuchs, LL.M. (EUR), joined the Institute of Law in July 2019 as a research fellow at dL3 – Digital Law Learning Lab. Her research interests cover questions of constitutional law and administrative law as well as economic law and public law courts of justice. She has published and given academic lectures in public procurement and competition law, the law of regulated industries, procedural law and comparative constitutional law.
