The institute teaches in a number of study programs on Bachelor as well as Master levels. The focus is set on contents such as basics in marketing, aspects of marketing agricultural products and organic products, quality management, innovations in the food sector and related topics. At the same time the institute contributes to the education on scientific methods with an emphasis on methods of empirical social research, data collection and data analysis. The teaching portfolio is supplemented by courses on scientific writing and working as well as on rhetorics.
