This Erasmus staff week targets all staff members from partner universities interested in knowing more about Novia UAS, Finland and Finnish culture as well as sharing work related experiences and best practices with the other participants. The staff week also offers a good opportunity to create a personal network of people working in the same field (student administration, library, IT, finance department, international relations etc.).

The official language of the Erasmus Staff Week is English. The draft programme is attached.

Since the number of participants will be limited we recommend the interested candidates to fill in the attached application form and send it to isabelle.bonnet(at)  by 25.4.2014 at the latest. The selection results will be sent to each participant shortly after the application deadline. Please note that we will accept no more than 20 guests altogether, and only two participants from each university. We give priority to participants who are willing to give a presentation of their home university.

Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and meal costs themselves, but we will be happy to accept attendance as part of Erasmus Staff Training. (Transportation and lunch 22.10, dinner 23.10 and entrance and guidance at the castle of Turku are included in the programme).
