Please submit your scientific papers in extenso in English by e-mail to: journalfhstimisoara@yahoo.com, with the subject SIMPOZION, by APRIL 10, 2015.
Papers submitted after April 10, 2015, if accepted for publishing, may be presented at the symposium, but will be published in the next issue of the journal, in 2015.
Authors will be notified regarding possible amendments or in view of publishing confirmation by APRIL 20, 2015.
Papers receiving amendments need to be revised by authors and submitted to the organisers by APRIL 30, 2015. Revised papers submitted after April 30, 2015 will be published in the next issue of the journal, in 2015. Each participant may present a maximum of 2 papers as a first author.
Scientific papers will be presented orally or by using posters, according to the authors’ choice. If two papers are submitted by the same author, one of them must be presented orally.
Papers will be published in the Journal of Horticulture, Forestry and Biotechnology that is BDI indexed (CABI and Index Copernicus).

The participation fee is 75 Euro, covering the publication of the papers, the documents of the symposium, lunch, and festive dinner (May 28).
The participation fee must be paid between l – 10 May, 2015 at Banca Comercială Română (BCR), Filiala Timişoara, bank account RO21RNCB0249008313020006, COD SWIFT RNCBROBU mentioning „Pentru Simpozionul Facultăţii de Horticultură şi Silvicultură”. Please send us a scanned copy of the document confirming that the fee has been paid at: journalfhstimisoara(at)yahoo.com
