Call for research grants between Austria and Kosovo within the project "HERAS - Higher Education Research and Applied Science-Kosovo" – prolonged deadline: 14th of July, 2017

• Eligible as coordinators are Austrian public universities and Universities of Applied Sciences
• Minimum project partner 1: public university from Kosovo (may be more than one)
• Universities of other Western Balkan countries may join the consortium
