Call for Papers: 10th Central European Congress on Food (CEFood)


10 – 11 June 2021, abstract submission deadline: 5 April 2021

The 10th Central European Congress on Food (CEFood) organized by Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held ONLINE on 10th and 11th June 2021.

This Congress has a tradition of international, regional and local gathering. Join and become part of a creative network of experts, scientists, students, decision makers, farmers, consultants, managers of well-known food & feed companies, certification houses, laboratories, leading universities, agencies and associations.

Presented works will be published by Springer Nature Switzerland AG, in the Chemistry Group, portfolio Food Chemistry and Technology, under the title: 10th Central European Congress on Food- Proceedings of CE-Food 2021.

The congress will gather leading professionals from various fields related to food production, food quality and safety, who will make oral or poster presentations focusing on:
