Season's Greetings to everyone from the Institute of Biologically Instpired Materials!

It was a pleasure interacting with you in 2019. We wish you all the best and hope to work with you again in 2020!

Despite distractions and a lack of funding, 2019 was the year we got serious about the big (non-nano) stuff.

We made great progress on breaking ground on new topics on bacteria interactions, biofilm slime, tracking things in 3D, and making "plastics" more interesting. We hope you will learn more about that in 2020.
