Hermann Bürstmayr, Professor of Plant Breeding at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna (BOKU), joined the ORF III aktuell studio via Zoom. He spoke about the EU's plans to relax genetic engineering regulations and explained the opportunities and possibilities offered by modern genetic engineering.
