We are excited to share the impressive progress in our 3DP Biowall project! From humble beginnings, extruding biodegradable layers, we have now advanced to printing multiple layers of a fully bio-based mixture – made entirely from renewable resources derived from the waste of the timber and paper industries.
After just two years of intensive research, supported by the FFG Austria Waldfonds and in collaboration with the Institute of Chemistry of Renewable Resources, the Institute of Wood Technology and Renewable Materials, the Swedish University of Agricultural Science, as well as our partners Austrocel, Robotix, and Rubner, our journey has been truly inspiring. The future of sustainable construction is within reach, and we were proud to showcase this at the partner meeting!
