Internships in various research groups in the field of crop sciences

Divisions of Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Plant Protection, Horticulure, Viticulture and Pomology

Intern candidates should be students in agricultural sciences or related study programs. Interns can join our research groups in subjects as indicated by our different divisions, preferably during the spring term (March - July).

Depending on working group, individual tasks and operations would be either more laboratory or more field related. Payment:
The Department of Crop Sciences cannot provide any salary for the performance of the internship. In addition, no expenses for accommodation, travel, food or health insurance can be covered.

Internship in field crop management and ongoing scientific field experiments

Experimental farm Gross-Enzersdorf

Intern candidates should be students in agricultural sciences, preferably with some experiences in field crop production.
Interns can work with us on the farm preferably during the main vegetation period (April - July).

Tasks and operations are related to field crop management and ongoing scientific field experiments. Part of the farm is managed according to organic farming regulations. Payment:
The Department of Crop Sciences cannot provide any salary for the performance of the internship. In addition, no expenses for accommodation, travel, food or health insurance can be covered.
Interested students can send their CV and motivation letter either to the Director of the farm, Prof. Helmut Wagentristl or to the Head of the Department, Prof. Hans-Peter Kaul.
