Ready to explore how you really find your way in a city and experience it in VR?
What We're Studying:
The study consists of two navigation tasks: one in the real world and one in virtual reality (VR). We want to investigate how attention, working memory, and navigation technologies (such as GPS apps) influence wayfinding and spatial learning in urban environments by measuring visual attention (eye-tracking), brain activity (portable EEG), and physiological responses (heart rate variability and skin conductance).
The study will be conducted in English and will take approximately two hours. You will receive a €40 Pluxee voucher upon completion.
If you are:
Between 18 and 55 years old
Not living near Bahnhof Gersthof (1180 Vienna)
Not having health issues, such as neurological disorders, visual impairments, or epilepsy
