Together with Roman Engelhardt (TUM – Chair of Traffic Engineering and Control), he presented their latest study from the MINGA project, investigating passengers' Value of Time (VoT) aboard automated shuttles.

The key findings reveal that travelers evaluate time spent in an automated shuttle between the established reference modes of public transit and private automobiles. Incorporating this intermediate valuation into transport modeling is crucial for spatial and traffic planning, as it significantly enhances the accuracy of predicting public acceptance and mode-choice behavior for emerging autonomous mobility services.
