The Institute of Forestry Engineering considers it as its task to combine nature and technology and to provide solutions for both actual and future technical issues linked to our cultivated landscape by means of integral approaches. The postulate of sustainability, taking into account economic, environmental and social interests is paramount for us.

We aim to prepare our graduates as best as possible for a career in in business and research. A special curriculum is dedicated to postgraduate education.

Practice-oriented projects based on concrete issues are the method of choice to ensure the implementation of new methods and to directly interact with the users of modern management methods.
