BOKU Awareness Days 2025

As part of the annual Awareness Days, various formats such as workshops, panel discussions, and networking rooms are offered to all BOKU members. Here, participants can build skills, acquire knowledge, and exchange ideas in the areas of equality, diversity, anti-discrimination, social participation, disability/chronic illness, and inclusion.

The BOKU Awareness Days are an essential component of BOKU's diversity strategy.

The Coordination Office for Equality, Diversity, and Disability is organizing the BOKU Awareness Days 2025 in cooperation with E-Learning and Didactics, ÖH BOKU, Human Resources Development, BOKU Social Media, and BOKU's external cooperation partners UN Women Austria, SOHO Wien Ottakring, Verein Dialog, Verein D!srupt, Genderplattform, and TU Wien.

November 4th (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) – Online

Dealing with mental health crises among students - Psychosocial skills

November 10, 2025 (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), SR 10 / CIES
This training course is aimed at teachers and is held in cooperation with Didactics and Personnel Development (PE) as part of the continuing education program. Further information about the training course and registration can be found on the Didactics website.

Workshop with D!srupt

Together with the association D!srupt, a workshop on the topic of “The climate crisis and its images - discrimination in reporting” will take place this year. You can find more information here.
