This workflow can be used to store documents in standardised (occupational safety) BOKUdms folders (dms.boku.ac.at) and/or distribute them to different users who have different roles in an organisational unit as an information notice or with a request to take note.
This workflow is part of the ISO45001 introduction at BOKU and is made available in a pre-production version.
