Instructions for digital vacation leave management with TimeTac

As of January 2023, a digital leave management system has been introduced for all BOKU employees.
On this service page you will find instructions for all basic functions after login.

Information for vacations over 24.12. and 31.12.2024

For technical reasons, leave that extends over 24.12. or 31.12. must be entered in separate parts this year.
You should therefore exclude 24.12. or 31.12. from the leave request.
Example: For leave over Christmas, enter a leave request up to 23.12., then a second leave request from 25.12. (or from 27.12.).

In 2025, you can then enter leave over Christmas and New Year as before.
