Simone Gingrich is senior researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Social Ecology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna.
For her project “Hidden Emissions of Forest Transitions” Simone Gingrich was awarded with the ERC Starting Grant.
In her keynote she will address the transformational changes in land use in the course of industrialization and outline current challenges for a green and sustainable society.
