On the 3rd of March 2022, the ÖH-BOKU will organize it’s FIRST „DAY OF CONSERVATION“. A great Program is waiting for you.

In the afternoon, from 2 - 5:30pm, some exciting speeches will be hold by big Organizations (WWF, Jane Goodall Institut and Seashepherds). All of them will talk about extinction, biodiversity-loss and their worldwide programs.

In the evening, at 6pm, we habe something rather special for you: JAMES MWENDA, former „caretaker“ of the last northern white rhinos and todays ambassador will come all the way from Kenya to join us. And with him the Austrian premier of the award winning documentation „KIFARU“.

After that, a panel discussion will we held with the main topics of conservation, biodiversity(-loss) and extinction.
