Film night: Whose Anthropocene? Sustainable development from a decolonial perspective

We will be showing "The Lindeka: When a City Ate a Book", a film set in eThekwini-Durban, South Africa. Following the journey of Lindeka, a young woman, through the city, the film asks what the notion of the Anthropocene, as a universal history of our planet, omits.
