Mentoring Program
The mentoring program aims to support individuals interested in founding a company—so-called mentees—in implementing and further developing their entrepreneurial ideas, and to create a lasting positive impact on society and the economy. By accompanying mentees, experienced mentors deliberately share knowledge, practical experience, and networks. The mentoring relationship is based on voluntariness, trust, and mutual respect, and represents a non-remunerated commitment.

The Program
People who are interested send their application to base@boku.ac.at. The need for a business mentor is evaluated on the basis of the application documents submitted and a personal interview.
If the start-up idea is suitable for the BOKU:BASE mentor program, then matching with a suitable mentor takes place.
Regular meetings and discussions between mentors and mentees enable continuous exchange and the development of a trusting relationship.
The BOKU:BASE mentoring program is a unique opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs and young female entrepreneurs to expand their skills, make valuable contacts and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
