Exchange-Workshop with mentors - Mentoring in Austrian Forestry and Timber production

With a focus on strategies for dealing with challenging situations, the mentors of the current round of the mentoring programme met for an exchange workshop at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna on Friday 27 June, led by Heidi Gaube and Eva Janusch (NOWA).

The mentors used illustrative examples from their own experience to exchange ideas. The topics covered included: Dealing with inadequate questions (and gestures) in a professional context, (male) care work, #metoo debate, complicity (how to deal when I observe inequality?), calling-in and calling-out.
