Spatial Planning

Spatial planning is a public responsibility with the aim to proactively create the prerequisites for a sustainable spatial development.

Environmental Planning

Environmental planning deals with environmental aspects of spatial planning as a whole and makes expert contributions in environmental protection based on the precautionary principle.

Land Rearrangement

We define land rearrangement as a set of measures to change property (borders) on land implemented by public authorities, aiming to make land use more effective and compliant to public interests.
