This course is intended for Students that need approval and have to fulfill requirements for their specific Master Programm at BOKU.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

At the end of the course, the students will have acquired basic knowledge of food waste generation and prevention in the EU and Austria and know about the main technical straegies and processes on food waste.
