Previous knowledge expected

Completed Bachelor's degree in KTWW or equivalent qualification.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The class is intended as an introduction to applied probability methods for students of KTWW (Land and Water Management and Engineering). Students will learn to formulate, evaluate and calculate reliability and safety relevant (probabilistic) problems within the scope of responsibility of agricultural engineers and water management specialists.
