Development of Enzyme Immunosorbent Assays for the usage in Food Analysis: Immunisation strategies, development of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, preparation of microtiterplates, ELISA-formats, validation guidelines for ELISAs for food analysis.

Principles in biochemistry according to structure and composition of proteins, especially enzymes and antibodies.
- Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)
Draft knowledge about different possibilities for antibody develpment. To establish understanding about ELISA-development. Distinguish between the different possible ELISA-formats available. Differentiation, illustration and discussion about the obtained results from the conducted experiments.
