Experience exchange and discussion with international experts of the viticulture and oenology sectors (grape producers, wineries, sales and marketing, consultants, etc.). This semester the lecture consists of five lecture units.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

- Students gain practical knowledge within the viticultural and oenological fields.
- Through dialogs with invited viticultural experts, students gain valuable insights in actual work processes and related problems to develop efficient solution strategies.
- Students learn how to apply acquired knowledge in specific subject areas.
