Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

After the successful completion of the course, the students are able:
to identify and describe different concepts of Green Infrastructure and Nature Based Solutions.
to differentiate national, regional and municipal strategies and programs that refer to these concepts.
to interpret the technical instruments for the implementation and to critically analyze the methods.
to evaluate the currently common consepts and to generate new combinations for future implementation possibilities.
to identify relevant publications, to understand the role of scientific publications in the context of Green Infrastructure and Nature Based Solutions and to analyze and to compare the various scientific approaches.
to present, discuss and to argue their results on the basis of their critical reflection.
