The exercises consist of 2 units:
Validation (2 days): This unit is done as single person (2 days). Main emphasis is the qualification of a method for a specific use. On the basis of a calibration appropriate parameters will be calculated, systematic deviations will be verified with a recovery function and uncertainties are estimated.
QM-Systems (4 days): This unit is done in a group of 2 persons and consists of the following steps: introduction - development of work plan - examination - execution of work plan - documentation - presentation. Main emphasis is the work on particular aspects of quality management systems. For example the development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of management and documentation systems, description and evaluation of processes, planning and execution of audits, etc.
