Content: Course contents

-3 Spanish Past tenses (i.e. I went... /I have read...)

-Subjunctive (i.e. I would go...)

-Possessive pronouns (my, your, his, her, etc.)

-Gerund (i.e. I am listening...)

-Use from ser and estar (the verb to be)

-Imperative (i.e. sleep! come!)

-Future tense (I will take...)

-To continue increasing the vocabulary use

-Listening and communication exercises (oral and written).

Other requirements for the positive conclusion of the course:

Written compositions during the semester as homework.

The course requires an active participation, i.e. doing oral and written exercises.
Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences): Language of instruction=target language!

This course is the continuation of Spanish I. The aim of the course is to continue developing the basic skills to be able to have simple conversations with native speakers in a Spanish speaking country. For the participant, who has some basic knowledge, this means building upon the basic structures in a communicative setting and being able to take part in simple conversations while expanding Spanish vocabulary.

Course focuses primary on the communicative aspects of the language.
