Basics of property valuation, legal basis, requirements for an expert opinion, premises for evaluating agricultural properties, differentiation of agricultural land, settlement proceedings, earnings method procedure, asset value procedures

The calculation of economic damages in agriculture plays an important role, either by fire or hail damage, by farming requirements and charge of land for public purposes. Also for inheritance and matrimonial disputes value determinations may be required. In the course methods will be presented and discussed for taxation of important problems. The course taught the basics for a possible future career as an expert in the general area of agriculture.
