Content

In the Bachelor seminar, students write their bachelor thesis for the bachelor's program Environment and Bioresources Management (UBRM) in a mostly self-organized work process that is supported by interactive small peer groups.
Thus, the course concept integrates the independent problem definition, conceptualization, and elaboration of the research topic, with collegial advice and support during the whole semester.
The team of teachers (supervisors) coming from various disciplines offers students a wide variety of topics. After the kick-off meeting (see "Course Criteria & Registration"), students select their area of interest (group). Teachers do not specify research questions or specific topics of theses; instead, students elaborate them independently during the semester.
