Content

- Independent internship in a viticulture or viticulture-related business
- Creation of a written practical report: Presentation of the company with the local characteristics, personal activities within the scope of the internship, personal résumé (approx. 10 pages)
- Presentation of the wine-growing business and personal activities in the course of a presentation within the practical seminar with subsequent discussion of the various practical experiences

Previous knowledge expected

The prerequisite for the succesful completion is an absolved internship in the scope of 8 weeks with a work load of 40 hours/week. A written internship confirmation is to be presented.

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

- Students apply their knowledge in practice and gain valuable work experiences
- Students relate their theoretical knowledge to practical experience
- Students present their experiences during their internship in a viticultural business
- Through presentations from colleagues, students get to know a wide variety of company philosophies and working methods
