Specialised lectures on waste logistic related topics.
After the successful pass of this course, the participants are able to understand and assess waste management systems including the sub-systems of waste generation, waste collection and recycling from a planning point of view. The participants then are familiar with the collection and treatment of different waste streams and understand the implementation of assessment methods like Life Cycle Assessment.
