For selected markets, relevant issues are described and the response of real decision makers examined. This enables participants to better understand the realities of decision-making in agricultural marketing.

The key areas determining the success of a direct marketing venture (target market, product, sales and distribution, price, communication) - taught using practical examples.
Dealing with customers. Participants get to grips with agricultural marketing cases/issues drawn from real life.
