Ecological basics in aquatic systems; at different organizational levels - individuals - populations - ecosystems; river systems - lake systems, wetlands; aquatic biogeochemical cycles; specific habitat conditions and changes in aquatic habitats, human dimension - ecosystem service concept, human alterations, management of aquatic systems

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students should be able to understand the ecological principles and changing conditions in aquatic ecosystems and are able to apply this knowledge
