Content

The members participate actively in the activities of IAESTE BOKU (jobraising, info booths, career fairs, etc.). They take part in meetings of the association (National Congresses, Member Meetings, Central European Conventions, Annual Conferences, ...).
The association should be well represented in student life in order to attract new members.
Regular and proper documentation of activities for successors (electronically, office folders, guidelines, etc.) as well as taking minutes at meetings are prerequisites for smooth internal and external processes. Informing the full members about completed tasks and future activities is also one of IAESTE BOKU´s fundamental activities.
A number of events offer students the opportunity to improve their soft skills, with a focus on the performance required in the club. National and international communication with companies and institutes plays a major role.
Previous knowledge expected

volunteer work within IAESTE BOKU, being fluent in English
Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

After completion, the students are able to organize events and to document their planning correctly. They can negotiate in leadership positions and use reasoning to their advantage. The coordination of tasks in the team is not a problem for them. Members are familiar with the mentoring of interns traveling to and from other countries.
