Sustainable development is made by people - those who actually change their attitudes, expand their knowledge and adapt their daily working practices. Facilitating such a change process is theoretically discussed and tried out in „Facilitating change for sustainable development“.

We set off from conventional agricultural development models and identify their iherent weaknesses. Proposing means to overcome barriers towards sustainable development, we will formulate good learning practices in adult learning settings. Applying facilitation methods and getting to know different method families, you will be able to appreciate your role as change facilitator for sustainable development.
