Acquisition und application of scientific and knowledge-based methods and their use in connection with more complex interdisciplinary or focussed research projects in the fields of horticulture, fruit growing and viticulture. Introduction to use of online-database, publishing, presenting and writing a thesis. Acquirement of qualified knowledge in the field of data processing and presenting of results; introduction to the literature; providing of a term paper or a publication.
