This bachelor course deals with relevant and current topics concerning agricultural economics and food industry.
Students operate in teams, the aim of this course is that students achieve knowledge in (1) planning and executing a project study (2), writing a scientific report, (3) presenting results of these projects and (4) working together in groups.
