Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

• Being able to plan forest opening systems
• Independent creation and presentation of a forest road construction project
• Being able to work as a construction supervisor within forest road constructions
• Evaluating the impacts of forest road constructions on the environment
• Apply contemporary project planning tools
Students are able to identify and evaluate impacts of forest opening systems. The knowledge is based on the lecture forest engineering. Using contemporary project planning tools, students are able to generate, present and control forest road constructions independently. Successful participants are able to illustrate opening systems as well as different aspects and types of forest roads to non – professionals.
