Term and system of agricultural law; legal concept of agriculture and forestry; separation line between agriculture - industry; agricultural legislation and administration; history and organisation of CAP; law of market organisations; legal framework for Rural Development; legislation concerning animal and plant production; input legislation; genetic engineering legislation; water act; soil legislation (law of land reform, soil-protection, land transfer, lease of land); nature conservation legislation and Natura 2000; legislation on construction and spatial planning.
