Our language course for beginners acquaints students with the essential grammatical structures and the basic vocabulary of Czech. The practical command of the language is secured by steadily communicating in the foreign language, selective listening com-prehension as well as reading and translation exercises. Thus, the students are en-abled to actively use Czech as soon as possible and linguistically find their way in eve-ryday situations. To reach this aim, not only authentic material will be utilized, but also various language games.
