The lecture consists of seven teaching units, with compulsory attendance. The first lectures give an overview about the program and introduces the concept of terroir in viticulture/wine business. The following units display wine producing countries and their terroir, climates, production systems and wines. Lectures will be held by external experts in viticulture. Students organize in groups to present about other winegrowing regions of their interest. Workgroups and the regions to develop will be created during the first lecture.
