Scientific meeting with national and international guests. Invited guests will present their work and all praticipants are invited to contribute to public discussions. Some parts of the meeting have a workshop character. The Schlumberger Lectures aims to provide different point of views on a selected topics.
Topic 2024: Microclimate vineyard
This year, the event will take place together with the Technical Day of the Fruit and Wine Technical Group.

- Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students will have
(1) insights in current problems and approaches in Austrian and international viticulture;
(2) insights in current findings of national and international researchers targeting current problems in viticulture;
(3) practised scientific discourse.
Students are able to objectively consider current problems and assess the feasibility of solution strategies.
